I enjoy many different forms of exercise and all forms of eating. As you can guess, I also don’t like diets very much, as I think they are controlling and demoralising; very much like a toxic relationship. As you can see from the before/after picture below, I’ve had a long fitness journey (as well as fixed a bad haircut and grown a beard!). Over the years, I’ve lost 20kgs, have become more active, stronger, fitter and healthier.
I ran a marathon, hiked to Everest base camp, and most recently cycled all the way from London to Athens, Greece.
